Lost Passwords

I laughed so hard. I have so many clients, friends and family members who know I can trouble shoot things for them... but when it comes to passwords guys - especially to your screensaver...there's not a whole lot that I can do over the phone...

We have a spiral notebook next to the computer to note our passwords in. I've scanned the pages of this note book to PDF from time to time and burn these files to disk. We also copy passwords for clients' accounts in their file folders here in the office.

I never use services that offer to log all of your passwords for you because I'm scared that someone could hack in and get hold of that file which contains much more than my personal info, but that of my clients' passwords too!

Whatever your system may be, be safe and keep backups!
